Constant Changes

When you are training highly successful athletes, adults and high school and college, You need to be on top of your game. I am reading a lot right now to push myself to a new level as a strength and conditioning coach. I love these challenges and my clients who push me both physically and mentally to be better all the time. I can never let up on my own training and I can never stop learning because making the best even better is not easy. Anyone can get someone who is in terrible shape or weak into shape or stronger, that’s very easy. Getting the best better now that is a challenge. Thank once again for pushing me to be the best! I promise I won’t let you out grow me.

    Brian — thank you for all you do to help us clients be the best we can be. As one of your non-athlete clients, it is very cool to benefit from workouts incorporating techniques developed for athletes. I thought I was in pretty good condition when I started at the CATC, but the improvement since then has been awesome. So thanks again — can’t wait to see what new stuff you learn and share with us!
