Where the Best Get Better

I figured my thank you’s could get annoying but I wanted to share with you why I am so lucky and thankful to have the clients that I have. On the college, high school, middle school front he list is so long that we are adding a page to the website but we have all americans, national champions, a lot of division 1 and division 11 athletes along with top division 111 programs in the country. The younger kids are eager to learn and fun to work with. Teaching them how to move properly and lift properly is huge!! Once somebody learns wrong it is difficult to start over. The adults are awesome too, we have people doing things they never thought they could do and never even heard of. Every single test they improve and that gets tougher every time to do but they do. The examples again are too long and cannot list them all but it’s awesome for sure. So thank you!!
